“I specialize in working with adults, professionals and service personnel who may be experiencing depression, PTSD, addictions and/or relationship issues, either personally or professionally. Complete confidentiality is paramount in therapy and you can be assured of the utmost in respect to your privacy. My degrees are from UCI, BA in psychology, and from USC, Masters in Social Work. USC provided a wonderful and vigorous experience and education with an outstanding clinical emphasis.
I employ a Brief Therapy Model that empowers the client to direct the course of their treatment and allows them to experience immediate results. We, client and therapist, only delve into family of origin issues if and when the client is ready.
My therapuetic process will include: support, validation, direction, positive regard, insightful feedback, advice and new perspectives aimed at maximizing your potential, all done with humor and genuine respect.
